Teacher comunicates students: It is crucial to emphasize excellent communication in

the classroom because it can affect your student's academic performance, sense of worth,

opinions of the institution, and your own career. You may be able to become a more effective

teacher who more effectively serves the needs of your students by utilizing communication

techniques like create a safe learning environment with supportive relationships, Teamwork and

small group, Body language, Active listening, Feedback, Sense of humour, Technical skills, be

clear and unambiguous. A teacher should use encouraging language, demonstrate empathy, and

engage in active listening in order to sustain effective communication with the students (Hue,

M., & Li, W., 2008).

Using social acceptability skills techniques: The abilities for social acceptance include

attitudes and behaviors including sensitivity, respect, compassion, trust, and desire to assist.

Using effective verbal and nonverbal behavior strategies is another strategy or

intervention for interacting with the students. Under these circumstances, the teacher may use

non-aggressive physical touch, eye contact, pleasant conversation, a joyful expression on their

face, humor, expressions of concern and empathy, sharing of common experiences, and other

tactics. With the aid of this technique, the student could develop a friendship with the teacher and

feel liked and cared for.

The educational benefit of this method is that it creates a positive learning environment

free from tension, dictation, and irritation since the pupils see the instructor as a facilitator and

helper rather than an authority figure. According to Ahmed nn (n.d.), nonverbal communication

plays a 50% role in instruction, and it is essential to recognize its significance for students.

Intrinsic motivation strategy: Using this technique, the teacher can help the student

rediscover themselves by giving them a strong internal incentive to learn. Academic performance

is higher among students that are internally motivated (Fredricks et al., 2004). In order to get the

students to think about why they should seek learning, the teacher could employ techniques like

goal orientation theory, self-determination theory, or attribution theory.

The fourth and last strategy is scaffolding student learning. This tactic demonstrates care

and support for the academic progress of the students. This entails providing the learners with

assistance, such as books that are pertinent to their learning, have a wide audience, and are

simple to understand as a learning aid, and speaking to the students on their behalf about what is

required for the students' success.

Technology is one of supporting tools, creating and motivating interest for students, to

me most importance strategy is, create a best learning environment for students, as the IB school

is building the students center, project-base, play-base…

Communication with the parents: Teachers and parents can discuss the goals they have

for their children's learning in terms of social, personal, intellectual, and emotional results. They

can work together to develop strategies that will improve communication between parents,

teachers, students, and school administration as well as nurture positive academic, behavioral,

and social abilities in all students (Hue & Li, 2008).

Involving parents and fostering a good teacher-parent connection are other crucial factors

because they may support a teacher in a variety of ways, providing encouragement and positive

reinforcement for the child both inside and outside of the classroom. According to Partin (1995),

there are several approaches to include parents:create a website where parents may obtain

information about the classes (marking standards, expectations, assignments, etc.) and send

frequent notes praising their kids' accomplishments, inform parents if a learner exhibits strange

behavior or struggles. In my school, we are using toddle to communicate to the parents as well as

this is a plaform of E-porforlio.

Communication with the colleagues : Collaboration is also necessary in teaching;

autonomous work is not always a need. You will benefit from having effective communication

skills whether you are working with colleagues to design lessons, providing updates on specific

students' development, or exchanging advice on how to handle situations in the classroom.

An excellent way to show your coworkers and superiors that you are a strong candidate

for promotion is to demonstrate your ability to run meetings, present in front of a variety of

audiences, and provide feedback to other employees. You might also use these talents in staff

meetings and training sessions.
