Health Unhealthy eating outside Avoid going out frequently. Rely on home cooked
food and other options like salads, sproutes, fruits
No exercise Start little bit exercise like walking in the
morning for 15 mins max.
Start Pranayama for 20 mins.
Do not think about doing lot of exercise.
Eventually with time, it will happen. But just start
minimum.
No breaks in between work Start keeping reminders for a quick 5 mins walk
after every 1hr
Unhealthy habbits Practice of saying NO and reminding the harms.
Do some other activity at that time to distract.
Wonrg sleeping pattern Try waking up early at 6am. Eventually body will
get used to it and sleeping time will get fixed.
Weight gain Exercise, right diet, sleep. That’s it.
Start IFT / DIXIT Diet. It helped in past and will
help.
Just follow.

Career No new learning every day Keep time of learning for atleast 30 mins every
day.
No tech stack upgrade When learning will happen, this will iscrease
Not meeting the market consitions When tech stack improves, market requirements
for switch will get meet
Not feeling confident about the tech Practice, learn small small things. This will raise
the confidence
Read atleast 2 – 3 pages of a book to grow.

1. Start with minimal. No need to thing a bigger picture and how to achieve that in the start.
2. Just start with small amount. As eventually, the small progress will happen, confidence will get
built up and habbits will get improved.
3. Say no to Sugar. Say no to junk. Say no to picturising big in the start. Learn to say NO.
4. Small wins will lead the bigger wins.
5. Nothing can happen in a week / month. With right practice and consistency, results will come for
sure in few days. Change will definitely going to happen. No need to worry. Just be consistent.
6. Whenever motive seems to be lost, just sit quietly and think, Why I started this thing ?
How was the life with this thing and why I wanted to change this thing ?
It’s ok if I do this but if I do it, will this really good / right to do ? Or it’s just a mind trap ?

Always remember, the true power lies within ourself.
