I just love your new LG Gram 17" laptop. But it seems you don't sell these in Sweden? I just would like to
make sure that this laptop won't be available with a Swedish keyboard layout before I buy something

Hello,

I orderd product 14T90Q-K.AAB6U1 (LG gram 14” 2in1 Lightweight Laptop) and received the product
yesterday. The specifications (found on lg .com https://www.lg.com/us/laptops/lg-14t90q-k.aab6u1)
state that the device weighs 2.2 lbs. The device I received weighs 2.7 lbs. Is there a reason the device is
advertised to weigh 20% less than it actually weighs?

lbs. compared to our advertising weight of 2.2 lbs. In most cases, the reason why there is a slight change

The system informs me that there is no ATAPI device found, but even after creating a new registry per
Microsoft's instructions, I am then informed that the firmware update that I downloaded from LG's
website for this specific product, does not work with this specific product.
The firmware update available is for the SB60NB50 SVC NB60, but I need for the SB60NB50 SVC NB50.
Can that me sent to me?

I no longer have the original package and just bought a new cord (it's 8 years old).

Optical Disc Drives, and I will do everything possible to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

I certainly understand that this situation must be frustrating because you are having trouble updating
the firmware on your optical disc drives wherein the firmware update software is not detecting the SVC
code of the drives causing it to be unable to proceed with the update and system informs that there is
no ATAPI. I do advise you to try updating the firmware of the drives using another computer. We do
apologize since we cannot directly send the firmware via this email, all updated firmware’s posted in our

If you already tried using a different computer but the same issue persists, then there’s really a problem
with the optical drives and it needs repairs. We provide a 1-year Manufacturer’s warranty from the date

the 1-year warranty and it needs a repair then we can provide a replacement. If the product is already
outside the warranty period, LG can still offer an exchange/replacement of the product for $25. You just
need to settle the payment and send us the DVD disc drive then we will send you a replacement one. If
