I was in a BPO company for 4 years.

I’ve been with a different accounts and different

jobs. I was working in Microsoft for 2 year as Customer Service and Sales Representative. I was
selling everything in a Microsoft Store Online and assisting customers if they have issues with
products they purchased, especially computers. We do the Cold Calling if the customer tried to
order online but was not able to finish and cancelled. I was with the AT&T Billing Depart for 1
year and I was also with Cricket phone service provider as customer service for 1 year.

In BPO company, I learned a lot of things, I developed my communication skills. I

learned how to deal with different types of customers. I also become tech savy due series of
trainings.

Then I decided to try a different path. I tried to apply in a private school in our home
town, luckily, I got accepted. I was a teacher for 1 year and the 3 as Virtual Marketing
Coordinator at the same school. I was in-charge of all the Social Media Activities and websites
like Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube and all the flat forms of social media. I was the in-
charge in News Letter Publication of our school, a photographer and video editor.

I also had a 1-year experience Virtual Assistant at the same time as Digital Marketing
Coordinator (Freelancer). I learned how to use different tools like Trello, Canva, Asana, Word
Press, Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office. I Learned how to create websites and I was the one
who manage the all the platforms of social media of my client.

This time I want to be in a greener pasture that is why I am applying for this position. I
will do my best to use my knowledge and skills for the growth of your company. I can say that I
am a flexible type of person because of the experiences that I acquired in companies that I’ve
been with. I am hoping to meet you and work in your company.
