The science of stage fright (And how to overcome it)

The science of stage fright is about what truly is a stage fright, the cause of it and how to
overcome it. The symptoms or signs of a stage fright were also provided and was tackled.
Advices were also provided on how we can trick our brain when we experienced stage
fright.

Stage fright can be the worst thing for some people to do. It is something that is hard to
control, because of the fear that’s building up with us and a defense of flight or fight will
occur. In Charles Darwin study the fight or fight was tested. Either you run for your life
or fight to death. The hypothalamus is something that triggers our gland that can result to
sudden reactions that occurs to our body like sweating, dry mouth and other reactions of
our body occurs when stage fright works. Stage fright is something inevitable but can be
fight over. John Lennon someone that played live a thousand times experiences stage
fright. Steve jobs someone that rehearsed his speech for hundreds of hours. It shows that
being prepared and practicing helps with the stage fright. It is important that we know
what we are going to do and be confident on what we are going to say. We don’t
overcome stage fright but we adapted to it.
