ANNEXURE A

1. The Internship shall commence on 06.07.2020 and continue till 22.07.2020.

2. Intern will be required to communicate with the assigned mentor on daily basis for clear view of tasks
also to remove ambiguity (if any) and complexity.

3. Intern will be required to do work remotely for the duration of this internship, in other words, the
internship will be Work from Home basis.

4. Interns are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism in dealing with their
mentor, team members, colleagues, clients and customers and treat everyone with due respect.

5. Tender the work assigned before designated deadline, provided tasks may be submitted after the
deadline if sufficient cause is demonstrated and communicated to the mentor and the mentor permits
submission of such work at such date as he/she deems fit;

6. The data privacy and security should be taken very seriously and to maintain confidentiality of any
students, customers, clients, and companies’ data and contact details that intern may get access to
during this internship will be the intern’s responsibility. We operate on Zero Tolerance principle
with regard to any breach of data security guidelines.

7. Under normal circumstances, either the organization or the intern may terminate this association by
providing a notice of 30 days without assigning any reason. However, the organization may terminate
this agreement forthwith under the situation of in- disciplinary behaviors.

8. All the internships are unpaid. However, the intern is entitled to have following benefits after
successful completion of this internship:

• Certificate of Completion
• Letter of Recommendation
