HR POLICIES

1) Employment Contract
• Job Responsibilities
a) Everyone must complete their responsibilities given by their TLs, SMs, VP and
AD.
b) Everyone needs to do self gen if they are in sales.
• Salary
a) Everyone will be getting the salary between 2nd to 8th of the month
b) Deduction will be based upon the number of days absent, half days and
lates and based upon the lag in revenue.
a. If your Revenue is not completed and major lag will be there then
your salary will be deducted on % basis depending on the lag.
c) If some special mail is being send to you with new rules and regulations,
then you must follow that.
d) If a full timer is Resigning then he/she needs to serve a notice period of 1
month and for interns they need to serve a notice period of 15 days, failing
to do this he/she will not get his/her salary.
e) If your Revenue is less than two fourth of the target enrolments given to
you, you’ll be paid on percentage basis which is 10% of the revenue
generated.

• Working Hours and days


a) Working Hours are from 11am to 8pm and there are six working days, week
off will be decided by the HR and there will be no compensations for it on
any other day
b) First half is from 11am to 2pm and the second half is from 3pm to 8pm.
c) Lunch break is from 2pm to 3pm and Tea break is from 5:30 to 5:45.
d) If for some days changes are being made in the timings, it will be informed
to you by the HR.
e) If we find you working inefficiently then we can mark LOP for that day. And
efficiency will be decided seeing your performance whole day and that will
be decided by your seniors.
f) Extra will not be paid for overtime.
g) Everyone needs to mention their names in the Attendance group whenever
they’ve their week off.
h) Everyone needs to mention their attendance only after entering the office.

• Confidentiality
a) All the company’s data must be kept confidential, if someone is seen doing
any kind of fraud with the Company’s Data then strict actions will be taken
against him/her.
b) If someone is resigning or being terminated from Pregrad, then he/she
must assign all the data that is related to the company back to the
company.
c) HRs are not allowed to share or show any data related to HR Department to
anyone.

requirements that apply to our jobs.

Pregrad believes that all human beings should be treated with dignity and
respect. Pregrad is committed to uphold internationally recognized human rights
of all people. We all will use reasonable efforts to avoid causing or contributing
to adverse human rights impacts that may arise from our operations, products,
services and/or business relationships and will act diligently to help remediate
any impacts that may occur.
c. Relationship with Stakeholders: -
It is the core corporate responsibility of Pregrad to society to pursue its
corporate value enhancement through innovation and Edu-tech business
practices and contribute to developing a sustainable society. We will all give
due consideration to the impact of our business activities on the interests of our
stakeholders including shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, business
partners, local communities, and other organizations.

2. Fair Labour and Employment Practices

Pregrad Personnel to contribute their unique talents and skills so as to provide
the best products and services to our customers. Pregrad is committed to
recruiting, hiring, training, promoting and otherwise treating applicants and
employees without discrimination based on factors that are unrelated to
Pregrad’s legitimate business interests.
b. No Forced Labour / Child Labour: -
Pregrad will not use any form of forced or involuntary labour where people are
forced to work against their will, including forced labour to work off a debt,
prison labour or human trafficking and child Labour means a person younger
than 15 years old.
c. Sales Labour and Employment Practices: -
Pregrad has adopted Sales labour and employment practices and endeavours to
ensure Pregrad Personnel are treated in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations of the countries and regions in which it operates.

3. Responsibility for Products and Services

a. Product and Service Safety and Accessibility: -


At Pregrad, we strive to continually develop and implement programs in all
phases of our operations that meet or exceed legal requirements to help ensure
the safety of our products and services. Pregrad is committed to giving an
required instruction and information to customers that is accurate,
understandable and prominently displayed. Pregrad will also give careful
attention when designing and planning our products and services to help ensure
accessibility.
b. Advertising and Marketing: -
Pregrad sells products and services based on their merits. Pregrad does not
engage in false or misleading advertising or advertising those slanders others.
Whenever referencing a competitor or its products or services in a country
where this practice is permitted, we will ensure that the comparison can be
substantiated and that the statement is complete, accurate, and not misleading.

4. Information Security

a. Confidential or Proprietary Information: -


Information is a valuable corporate asset. We will safeguard Pregrad’s
confidential or proprietary information as well as information that our
employees, suppliers, business partners or customers entrust to Pregrad.
“Confidential or proprietary information” is any important or valuable
information that has not been disclosed to the general public .
2) Leave Policy
• There will be 4 week offs in a month and the week offs will be decided by the
HR.
• There will be 2 leaves in a month in addition to the week offs.
• If you are coming after 11:15am, you will be marked late and late will be
considered till 11:30am
• If you are coming after 11:30am, then half day will be marked.
• Everyone must inform their TLs before taking Leave, and TLs must inform SMs
and SMs must inform to the VP/AD, and everyone needs to send a mail 24hrs
prior taking it but the final mail will be approved by the HR.
• If you are taking work from home, you will be marked present only if you have
worked efficiently, HR will decide whether to mark present, absent or half day
depending upon the performance and after consulting your senior.

3) Employment Deduction Policy


• Salary will be deducted for extra leaves, half days and lates.
• If there is no output in a day, HR can mark LOP for the day and money will
be deducted on that basis after consulting your seniors.
• If there is a major lag in the Revenue, Salary will be deducted in terms of %
basis.
• For TLs, SMs and VP, deduction will be based on the Team Revenue Lag.

4) Employment Termination Policy


• If you are not performing well and being given Warning, PIP, PPC then after
PPC, you will be terminated from your role/position.
• Straight away PPC can also be send in exceptional cases.
• If you are taking leave for 5 days straight without informing and without
sending mail then it will directly lead to termination.
• If there is any sort of misbehaviour from your end, the management has full
right to terminate you without giving any warning.
• In case of termination, salary will be given depending upon the number of
days and your performance and leaves will be counted as absent in this
case.
