INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please tick the seat that you want to apply for. (Para iii)
2. Age limit:
a. 12-14 years for Class VIII on 31st March 2022. Six months upper waiver to Hafiz-e-Qur’an only.
3. For admission in Class VIII, a candidate studying in private school, an attested copy of recognition of concerned
school by Education Department /Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education must be attached. Certificate
by the Head Master /Principal is NOT accepted.
4. Application Form and 4x photographs must be attested by the Principal/ Head of school in which the candidate is
studying. Once the Date of Birth is recorded on the Application Form, it will NOT be changed / corrected.
5. Legal Guardian of the candidate can only sign the Application Form in case the father of candidate is dead or
serving abroad.
6. Typed / photo copy of Application Form will NOT be accepted.
7. Written Test will be conducted in the subject of English, Urdu & Islamiat, Mathematics & General Science of
Class –VII (KP Text Book Board), on 26 Nov 2022.
8. Last date for submission of application forms is 10 Nov 2022.
9. Application Form may be sent through courier only.
10. No Application form without processing fee will be entertained.
11. CCS will not send Roll No. Slip through courier / postal service to any candidate. Eligible candidates shall take print
out of their electronic Roll No. Slip (having picture of candidate) through college website for appearing in the test.
12. For further information regarding test, interviews, keep visiting our college website regularly or contact at 0946 –
731200, during office hours.
