1. For crack defect need to hack 1-2 mm all along at crack line then patch and paint back.
2. For hollow tiles, need to uninstall and scrape away old adhesive then apply new adhesive at all tile area.
3. For water mark, need to correct the condition that caused the water mark before proceeding.
