1. My communication skills are usually through eye contact and body language.

Because first
of all, rich body language can make the communication more vivid image. Secondly, eye contact
can make the speech look less timid. We used some eye contact when we were recruiting 10th
graders for our resume, which made it easier for them to relax and express themselves.

2. Listen actively: Communication is a two-way street, and it's essential to actively listen to
what others have to say. Focus on understanding their perspective and try to avoid interrupting
them.
Be clear and concise: Avoid using jargon or complex language. Be concise and get to the point
quickly. Make sure that your message is easy to understand.
Pay attention to body language: Nonverbal cues such as facial expressions, gestures, and tone
of voice can be just as important as the words you say. Pay attention to your own body language
and that of the person you are communicating with.
Be open to feedback: Communication is a learning process, and feedback is an essential part of
it. Be open to constructive criticism and use it to improve your communication skills.

3.I think I am confident, as long as I am in good shape and in good spirits before the interview,
and I have studied the company's background carefully to express my trust in the company. Then
highlight my achievements and mention what I can contribute. Finally, show my soft skills in
terms of communication skills and leadership team skills.
