Sub: Non delivery of EMS dispatch No. EN0244 bag No. 1 wt. 2.6 kg. destined to PAKISTAN dated 27-
12-2019,
This is in continuation of this office letter of even no. dated 13/02/2020 and emails dated 14/02/2020,
18/02/2020, 22/02/2020, 20/03/2020, 17/06/2020 and 16/07/2020 on the above cited subject.
‘As per your email dated 20/07/2020 received from DENZIL DSOUZA (Saudi Arabian Airlines), “the
bag is with our operations team In Karachi, kindly send a message to Pakistan Post to collect
the same . As mentioned our job is to move It from Mumbai to Karachi which we have done. Its
upto Pakistan post to collect It. So kindly sort the matter between your postal departments”.
However, Saudi Airlines have not provided the copy of acknowledgement i.e. copy of CN38 duly
countersigned by the PAKISTAN Post. Moreover, this office has not yet received back the said
dispatch. Therefore, current status of the bag is not known.
In view of above, it is requested that the matter may kindly be taken up at appropriate level to confirm
the current status of the said dispatch. This dispatch contains total 2 EMS items, therefore. it is also
requested to issue necessary guidelines for settlement of the cases on account of non
delivery of these items.
This may kindly be treated as most urgent.
