can reduce stress as well as chill out after studying and working hard, and have more

a great source of information. People can seek useful information from our study and
work. To cite an example, if people want to improve their English skills, they can watch
the videos about English on Youtube without paying money. Hence, only when they use
the Internet, can they boost their knowledge/language proficiency.
On the other hand, there are several drawbacks of using the Internet. One of the

couple of people spend hours surfing Facebook instead of meeting buddies. It will
