Introduction

What comes to mind when you think of a religious figure or

God?

Perhaps a sad and serious looking and monastic person who ran
away from the world and took sanyasa in search of happiness and
liberation/heaven due to problems and sadness on earth, but there
is an exception - Krishna, He is a is dancing, laughing and happy
even when he is surrounded by a lots of problems, He attained
absolute Height of religion without becoming Sad or serious.

Krishna stay happy in the midst of problems while solving them

pragmatically, you stay happy when everything is going fine,
but can you stay happy in midst of Problems?

What comes to mind when you think of mental peace?

It could be a calm and peaceful environment where you're sitting,

meditating, or enjoying time with your partner, or something

3
similar, but what if I tell you that the most peaceful image I've ever
seen is shown below -

Anyone can stay

peaceful in even
situation, but true
peace is when you
are peaceful in odd
circumstances.
Krishna maintains
his cool during the
war, you can stay
calm when
everything is going fine, but can you stay calm during a fight?

When you think of King, what comes to mind?

Perhaps a person born into a royal family and then ascended to the
throne. But Krishna was a cowherd boy who rose to become the king
of the most prosperous kingdom of his time, Dwarika.

This book will teach you how to be successful while being happy
and peaceful in the midst of problems while solving them
pragmatically instead of running away, just like Krishna.

CHAPTER ONE

Fight for Yourself:

Tolerance, Power & War

Tolerance

Mahatma Gandhi once said, "Whenever someone slaps you on one

cheek, show him the other," I will say that Tolerating one slap is not
a problem, but when you tolerate one slap, the other people who are
watching you tolerating one slap will start slapping and you will be
bullied mercilessly.

That is exactly what happened to me in primary and secondary

classes; I used to tolerate bullies, which led to an increase in the
number of bullies and these bullies fucked up my mental health,
which led to low confidence and depression; when I complained
about them, the teacher punished them; but they used to bully me
every day, and when I used to complain about it to the teacher,

5
teacher used to ignore me; in these classes, my self- confidence was
low and as a result of bullying , my academic performance was poor.

When class 8th was about to end, I decided to fight for myself, and
when a classmate tried to bully me, I removed wood molding from
my table and began aggressively beating him, even injuring him
with a nail from the wood molding, and as a result his right hand
started bleeding, and suddenly teacher came to class and stopped
the fight and punished me. Everyone in my class watched me
beating that guy, and no one dared to bully me after that.

This incident massively raised my confidence; those bullies began

to speak to me in a more respectful manner, and other students
began to treat me better; some of those bullies became my friends,
and I still have good friendships with them; I became confident and
depression-free when I entered higher secondary, and my increased
self-confidence motivated me to study, and I began focusing on
mathematics and science, and when term one exams results arrived,
I scored 100 percent in math and 96 percent in science, while my
performance in other subjects was low because I concentrated on
math and science, but this result surprised my teachers, parents,
and classmates, and my happiness increased after this result
because everyone was praising and liking me. Slowly, I rose from a
duffer to the top of my class, and then I became a guy who do lot of
fun in a class while maintaining a good grade, and from that day to
today, I do not tolerate any bully.

Krishna assassinated Shishupal not because he is intolerant, but

because he understands how dangerous it is to tolerate the
unrighteous beyond a certain point, essentially tolerating the
unrighteous will encourage unrighteous people.

6
Tolerance is beneficial, but if we continue to tolerate the intolerant,
the intolerant will become the ruler of society, and the entire
society will become intolerant. As a result, in order to maintain
society's tolerance, tolerant people must stop tolerating intolerant
people. This is called paradox of tolerance.

“Bullies will bully you more if you tolerate them”

Power

In this world, less powerful people are suppressed by highly

powerful people; even in schools, weak students are bullied by
powerful students, that is the harsh reality of life; rather than
running away from it, we must accept it.

We need to Become powerful not to suppress someone, but become

powerful so no one can suppress you

We frequently hear the phrase "everyone is equal before the law."

Do you believe this is true? We all know the reality, but we still
believe these ridiculous things; everyone and every institution
favors powerful people, and that is a reality that cannot be changed;
many communists tried to change this reality, but the system
changed them; communist nations' institutions favor politicians
and oligarchs even more than capitalistic nations' institutions,
many times the system will bully you because you are weak, and
crime will be committed against you, Become strong so that no one
can harm you or your family.

7
Show kindness, Don't suppress anyone, but everyone isn't kind and
moral, they'll try to suppress you, become so powerful that they
can't.

Overall, hold the Sudarshan chakra in one hand and the Flute in
the other. Keep Sudarshan chakra not to suppress someone, but to
prevent anyone from suppressing you.

"I will not exploit anyone because of my morality and ethics, but
no one can exploit and suppress me because of my power," must
be our goal.

War

Take a guy from a hut with you on a trip to America, Germany,

Russia, Britain and, Japan who knows nothing about history and
then ask him which country directly participated in World War II?
After comparing development and poverty, he will say India.

Countries that fought and even lost in World War II Japan, for
example, is a country that is more developed than India. America
who won the war is a Superpower.

Millions of people were brutally killed and raped during the 800-
year-long slavery of the Mughals and the British; when the British
left, the vast majority of our population was uneducated and
impoverished. But the question is, why did we became slaves? Why
was our country got destroyed? Many people may argue that the
Mughals and British were bad people, so they destroyed us.
Obviously, they were bad, but Taliban is also bad can the Taliban
enslave Americans? Clearly, no. Why? Because the United States
have powerful Military.
8
Our country was destroyed, our wealth was looted, our people were
slaughtered, and our women were raped not by British and Mughals,
but by our own stupidity.

Yes, because of our own stupidity.

They enslaved us, because our military might was lacking. Why our
Military was weak? Because we have never fought major wars, we
never invaded countries, the army and military become powerful
when they continue to fight the war. That is why American Army
keeps fighting the war.

In the name of peace and love, our millions of people died because
of Famines, poverty and illness brought on by Britishers.

Finally, Subhash Chandra Bose's INA (Indian National Army) and

many others
fought Britishers,
and we gained
independence in
1947.

Many of our
people died during
the Independence
movement, and many suffered atrocities, but because of their
sacrifice, we saved millions of lives.

Parameters 1947 2021

Population 34 Cr. 138cr.
Poverty Rate 74 % 19.8 %
Life expectancy 37 Years 70 Years

9
This graph depicts India's economy share in world from the year 0
AD to the year 2014 AD. Simply look at the graph and try to
comprehend how we began to fall when we were unable to defend
ourselves. During the British era, an Indian's life expectancy was
only 37 years; can you imagine how many of our people died as a
result of low life expectancy rates? 74 percent of Indians became
poor; imagine how many millions died as a result of poverty and
illness. Even after all this cruelty, the British killed millions of
Indians by engineering artificial famines to suppress the freedom
movement; can you imagine how many millions in total have died
as a result of foreign occupation? If we continued to invade
countries in order to strengthen our army, even a fraction of this
would not have died.

Even after killing so many people, the British forced Indians to fight
in world wars 1 and 2, in which 1 lakh 61 thousand Indian soldiers
died (this is data taken from Britain, obviously they underestimated
data to appear powerful in world wars) and during 72 years of
independence (5 wars – four with Pakistan and one with China),

10
26000 Indian soldiers died, which is a small proportion of the
number of people who died in world wars.

WW 1 WW 2 After Independence

Even Many people may argue that Because of Gandhi's nonviolent

and peaceful methods, we were able to achieve independence. See,
Gandhi made a contribution to the freedom struggle, but when the
Prime Minister of England was asked why he left India, he replied, "
I Left India Because of Subhash Chandra's INA".

Ajeet Doval, India's NSA (National Security Advisor) and former

Chief of the Intelligence Bureau said, "History is the greatest Judge,
and it has never ruled a judgement in favor of the righteous, but
has always ruled a judgement in favor of the powerful"

Why were innocent Black people sold into slavery if justice and
truth prevails? What wrong they did? They just did one thing wrong;
they never made themselves powerful, and they never fought for
themselves, but when they started fighting for themselves, they
became free.
11
“History, the greatest teacher tells us, even if you are Righteous,
you will be killed or become a slave if you do not fight”

When Emerson was reading the Gita, he was shocked because he

expected Krishna to put an end to the war between the pandavas
and the kauravas, but the exact opposite happened, because
normally the religious personalities live in idealistic world and so
they are against war.

The issue is that nonviolence has become so ingrained in people's

minds that they are unable to see reality.

If goodness abandons weapons and ceases to fight wars in the name

of love and peace, evil will rule the country and ruin it, resulting in
more deaths than would have occurred in a war. Furthermore, if evil
becomes king, society's peace, tolerance, and love will dwindle, and
an immoral society will emerge, like what happened with bharat.

The issue is that some people are attached to violence while others
are attached to non-violence, whereas Krishna is detached from
both. Krishna is full of love and peace, but his love and peace do not
imply that he is escaping reality; he lives in reality. He is non-
violent but he will use violence if required.

“Goodness does not fight for the sake of fighting; instead, it fights
to prevent evil from winning”

12
Why do We fight?

Some will say it's because of nationalism, others will say it's because
of religions, still others will say it's because of political ideology
(communism vs capitalism), still others will say it's because of race
and caste, but the reality is quite different.

Many times, real brothers kill each other over property, despite
belonging to the same nation, caste, religion, etc. Members of the
same political party also fight.

These are not scientific reasons for fighting; the basic scientific
reason is that the competition for resources causes war.

Short History of war

Originally, we lived in forests, and our human ancestor

Australopithecus Africans began hunting animals with stone,
throwing stones at them to kill them. Later, Homohabilis evolved
from Australopithecus and developed tools for hunting animals.
You may believe that they developed the weapon to hunt animals
for the purpose of eating them, but the interesting fact is that both
Australopithecus Africans and Homohabilis were vegetarians,
meaning that they ate fruit but killed animals near them because
those animals depleted their resources and frequently killed their
progeny, which is why they began hunting animals for defense and
better resource utilization.

Like bears, big cats (panthera – lion, jaguar, tiger, leopard, snow
leopard), etc, we had a time on Earth when three subspecies of
humans (Homosapiens neantherdalis, Homosapiens chromagnon,
and Homosapiens sapiens) lived on the same earth at the same time.
13
Initially, there was only one subspecie of human, Neantherdalis,
but later Chromagnon arrived. At first, everything was fine because
chromagnon's population was low and neantherdalis were
dominating the area, but as chromagnon's population grew, so did
the demand for resources, resulting in a fight for resources between
them. Chromagnons were intelligent; they used a dog as a
watchman (when neantherdalis approached, the dog used to start
barking), they strategized and planned the war, and they emerged
victorious, killing a large portion of the neantherdalis population.
But then the Father of The all, we the Homo sapiens sapiens,
arrived. Chromagnon and Neantherdalis used to use resources, but
we wanted to use more to increase our population, so we killed
them.

We, Homo sapiens sapiens, were more intelligent than animals, so

we developed weapons to kill them, we developed language and
used it to coordinate while doing many things including killing
animals, and we began wearing animal skin as clothing and created
a variety of products from it.

We dominated the entire forest and utilized all of the forest's

resources, resulting in a dramatic increase in our population.

As our population grows, so does our migration around the world,

with more people settling in agriculturally-friendly countries like
India, Egypt, China, and so on. Population and scientific knowledge
increased in countries as we reached the pinnacle of human
civilization, but as civilization reaches its pinnacle, talks of peace
and anti-war things begin, making countries weak, as happened in
India and is currently happening in Europe. Meanwhile, people who
settled in colder areas had fewer resources, so they continued to
fight for more resources and invented new methods, and as a result,

14
their weapons became more advanced, and the Europeans ruled
nearly the entire World to increase their resources.

Europeans ruled nearly the entire world in order to maximize

resource utilization, and they continue to do so. Many people may
argue that 6% Americans are currently utilizing 25% of world
resources and ruling the world. The people we know as Americans
are the Europeans who killed native American tribes (Red Indies)
and colonized them, and now China and India are rising and
building large and powerful militaries so they can utilize an
adequate amount of resources.

Understanding the Wars in present context

Osteology department in my college assigned the task of

distributing the bones to my friend to all students. What he did was
he selected good pieces from himself and his friends and then
distributed other ones randomly, obviously some of them had
minor flaws, which means that in the future, people who received
flawed bones will try to replace me, causing a squabble between two
groups in my college. Same thing is happening at the world level,
international institutions are dominated by America and their allies
and they use them for their benefit that’s why there is constant
tussle in between countries.

America invaded many countries because they were attempting to

abandon the dollar as the currency for selling petroleum (against
petrodollar hegemony), which may have caused financial problems
for the United States in the long run, or we can say that this would
have reduced American resources, as approximately 6% of
Americans consume 25% of world resources because they are world
15
hegemon. Basically, a superpower is an acceptable cool term for a
hegemon. At the national level, political parties give tenders
(business) to people close to them in order to appease specific
economic ideologies, castes, and religions, causing a tussle at the
national level. Essentially, people are fighting for increased
resource utilization.

America invaded and captured California, and it was later revealed

that the state possessed vast natural resources, including gold
reserves. The reality is that America realised that California has
good resources, so they annexed California to get more resources
and same things happens with different countries.

Now, China is like America and California is like Taiwan.

Pakistan invaded India four times before being brutally defeated.

Essentially, Pakistan continues to fight with India because if they
do not, their public will demand development, which may lead to an
uprising in Pakistan, so they keep their public engaged in fighting
with India. Basically, their army general wants to keep his power, so
they keep fighting. Why does an army general want to continue the
fight? Why do army generals want to maintain their power? He
wishes to remain powerful in order to maximise resource utilization
for him and his family.

The same thing is happening in China; due to the failure of Xi

Jinping's Zero COVID policy, public dissatisfaction is rising, so in
order to consolidate his power, he is going to invade Taiwan (I am
writing this on 07 May 2022), and China may invade and capture
Taiwan before this book is published.

16
Human brains wish to expand their Ideologies

Dogs fight for territories, but humans have ideologies, so we fight

to expand and defend our ideologies and beliefs. My schoolmate
became atheist and created a YouTube channel for atheism, and
after sending the link, he said, "See how these religions keep
fighting for expanding their ideologies and fighting." I responded,
"What are you doing?" You're doing the exact same thing. Isn't that
right?

Another amazing thing happened to me: I am not a big fan of

movies or music, and when I was talking to a friend, she asked if I
had seen Naruto. No, I said. She said, "Watch it, you'll like it." I
stated that I do not enjoy watching these things and will not watch
it. Since that time, she literally irritates me to watch Naruto and
forced me to watch something song-like thing of Naruto since that
day. She said, "Please watch it for me, at least this clip." And she still
irritates me to watch Naruto with her. I enjoy observing people from
a third-person perspective, and one thing I've noticed is that
humans have a strong desire to expand their liking, beliefs and
ideologies.

Human brains Love fighting

Have you ever wondered why communist countries like the USSR and
China are always keep expanding?

Democratic countries have various political parties, and each

political party blames the other and people of the country keep
fighting among political parties. If you look at China, they have no
one to blame because the same party and even the same leader has

17
ruled for a long time. So communist countries like China continue
to blame and fight with other countries in order to keep their people
busy and prevent uprisings.

Even if you look at it from a neutral standpoint, the Chinese party

has done a lot development for China in a short period of time, but
people still need something to fight about. Even if you look at the
comment sections of YouTube, Instagram, or other social media,
people are still fighting there; it's a kind of modern digital fighting,
and China literally created the wumao army, also known as the 50
cent army, to do this.

* To understand why our brain enjoys fighting and expanding. You can read a detailed article on
thepragmatism.com; I am not including it in this book.

18
Conclusion:

Excess of anything is dangerous; water is good for health, but too

much of it can cause problems; oxygen is good for the human body,
but too much of it can cause death due to oxygen toxicity. The same
is true for tolerance and nonviolence.

Tolerance and nonviolence are good for society, but too much
tolerance and nonviolence can destroy society, as it destroyed
India.

Become like Krishna, who was tolerant and non-violent (Devotees

of Krishna who live near Dwarika (a coastal city) are vegetarians,
whereas people who live near coasts are normally non-vegetarians),
but he didn't get attached to anything, including non-violence and
tolerance, and he will pick up weapons if necessary. In general,
Krishna lives in reality; he sees things pragmatically rather than
idealistically.

19
Way to Become like Krishna #1

How can one maintain peace in the midst of political

turmoil and war?

Krishna was primarily a spiritual figure, but he was also engaged in

politics. Many people avoid politics because it causes anxiety in
them; running away from politics to become peaceful is equivalent
to taking drugs to become peaceful; if good people do not
participate in politics, the entire nation suffers; therefore,
participation of good people in politics is important for the
betterment of the nation.

If you look at Krishna, he participated in politics but remained calm

and composed, which is exactly what we need in life.

You must raise your Consciousness to accomplish this.

Imagine you're giving bread to stray dogs and you notice some dogs
fighting for territory and a powerful dog snatching bread from a less
powerful dog. Will you become anxious? No, but you will intervene
consciously and stop the powerful dog. Why you don’t became
anxious?

You did this because your intelligence or consciousness level is

higher than that of a dog.

Similarly, when Krishna is watching war he is watching from God's

perspective, Kauravas and Arjuna fighting, he was calm because
they were like dogs to him, but when he saw powerful people like
Bhisma supporting injustice, he picked up a weapon and ensured
justice.

20
So, from now when you participate in politics from now on, look at
it from a god's or biological perspective, consider humans as
homosapein animals fighting for resources, understand the mental
desire, and then intervene consciously if necessary, as Krishna did.

When I first tried this and began sharing politics on Instagram, I

failed numerous times. I lost consciousness many times, and
became angry, frustrated, and anxious, but I kept trying and used to
think why I lost consciousness and how to stay conscious the next
time, but now that I'm writing this, I always stay calm while
participating in politics. Obviously, it took time and energy, but
drugs can make you happy instantly, whereas becoming happy
without drugs will take time.

21
CHAPTER TWO

Accept yourself

The most important thing we need in our lives is to accept ourselves

as we are, and then modify the aspects that are changeable for the
improvement of our lives.

1. Accept Your Physical Body

According to one study, 86 percent of women feel dissatisfied with

their bodies. Furthermore, only 2% of women worldwide consider
themselves to be beautiful. Why do so many people feel inferior
about their bodies? I'll explain it further in this chapter.

Do you have a flaw in your body? Do people make fun of your body?
Are you fat, bald, black, or short…, etc.?

We try to teach and change others to refrain from body shaming,

but it is impossible to make every one conscious about these things,
someone will undoubtedly body shame you; that is the harsh reality.

22
Bald people are Bald, Black people are Black, and Fatty people are
Fatty. That is the truth, and reality.

But, when you call a white person a white, he or she does not
become angry, but when you call a black person black, he or she
becomes frustrated. The bigger problem is our own inferiority
complex and bias; we subconsciously believe that black people or
bald people are not as good as white or normal people, or that they
are inferior to them. This bias is incorrect and problematic.

People used to call Krishna "Shyam" (Dusky Black), and he was fine
with it because he accepted his reality and he had no inferiority
complex.

When people used to call Karna a Sootputra (Son of Charioteer),

which was his reality, he was a son of Charioteer he used to get
irritated, but when people used to call Krishna by the name Gopal
(Caretaker of Cow) and many times people like Duryodhana used to
call him Charwaha(Grazier) to show him inferior but, Krishna used
to stay calm and happy because he accepted the reality and he was
proud of that reality, Being a Grazier is not a bad thing; in fact, it is
a source of pride that Krishna became King by being a Grazier.

People are bullied by their own minds rather than being irritated by
bodyshamers.

"Do not let your Brain to Bully your body."

- June Tanason

23
Why No. of people who feel insecure about their bodies are
increasing?

Increased inferiority complex for our bodies is a side-effect of

capitalism; basically, there are firms like Fair handsome and Fair
lovely that offer you cream to become fairer, there are companies
that sells products for increasing height, there clinics that give you
baldness treatment and there are cosmetic companies that sells you
product related to baldness, and there are hospitals that sell you
breast implants...etc.

Will you buy Fair and Lovely or something similar if you don't feel
inferior about your skin tone? Will you have a breast implant if you
don't feel bad about your breast size? Will you drink a height
increasing tonic if you don't feel inferior about your height? Will
you get a hair transplant if you don't feel inferior about your
baldness?

Clearly, no.

So, basically, these firms will show you that being black or bald or
short is inferior and makes you unsuccessful through TV media
advertising, social media, and movies, and then they will sell you
their product.

The media will tell you that a black guy is not successful because of
his skin color; I have no idea how Former president Abdul Kalam
became successful, whereas a white person are successful not
because of their hard work, but because of their skin color. Doesn't
that sound dumb? But Still many people become victim of this.

24
“Don’t let corporates and media to fill you with inferiority
complex and bully your body”

2. Accept your past and forgive yourself

Many people constantly criticize themselves for their past

decisions, leading to depression. You must learn from your mistakes
and forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made in
the past and learn from them so you will never make the same
mistake again.

We carry baggage from the past with us; by forgiving ourselves, we

remove that baggage and liberate our minds, and a liberated mind
will inspire you to do new things. Your past is responsible for your
present, and your present will be responsible for your future, so
don't ruin your present by obsessing about your past, otherwise
your future will come at risk.

Krishna said, "If you leave all bonds and seek refuge in me, I will
forgive all your sins." What does it mean to take refuse Krishna?
After the Chinese invasion of Tibet, the Dalai Lama took refuge in
India, which means he must now adhere to Indian laws and
principles. Likewise, surrendering to Krishna entails following
Krishna

In other words, Krishna said, "Start following the dharma right now
by letting go of all past ties and forgiving yourself."

“Forgi ve yourself for your faults and you r mistakes

and mo ve on .”

— Les Brown

25
Conclusion:

Little Krishna questioned his mother, Yashoda, why he is black and

Radha is fairer. His mother responded, "What magic that black-eyed
Radha did on you?" So you're thinking that way? means that
because krishna was in love with Radha, he was thinking about what
Radha thought about his colour; he has no problem with his colour,
but he has a problem when he was thinking about what Radha
thought about him. Suddenly, Radha appeared and said, "Dear,
Krishna, you are unique for me, which is why you are black."

Krishna realised that Radha had no problem with his skin colour,
but he was overthinking it.

CHAPTER THREE

26
Lust and Girls

Staying away from lust does not imply staying away from girls, Girls
and lust are not synonymous.

Some monks avoided girls to avoid lust, due to their escapist nature.
Running away from girls does not imply that you have little or no
lust; rather, it indicates that you do have lust and are attempting to
control it through escape, keep in mind that escaping from problem
does not imply that the problem has been resolved.

People prefer to control their surroundings rather than themselves;

the

Real issue is not girls, but men's own lust

but certain idiots blame females for distraction and cause of war;
females are neither distraction nor cause of war; male lust is the
problem, and blaming it on females is nothing more than a victim
blaming. People want to run away from women and some people
want to cover them under veil rather than becoming detached from
lust, which is a very stupid way to deal with a problem, and keep in
mind that escapism is not a solution.

27
"women were blamed for the war caused
by the lust of men"

Running away from the problem to find peace is not a solution

because you will lose your calm again when you come into contact
with the trigger or problem. It's nearly impossible to avoid girls in
today's capitalistic world; you have to dance with them while
controlling your lust.

The true solution is detachment and understanding, as Krishna

demonstrated and stated in the Gita.

Instead of fleeing the problem, become detached from lust, and with
this solution, you can remain calm even in the face of a trigger,
Krishna’s religion is not an escapist religion; Krishna does not flee
from life in search of peace; instead, His religion is a dancing, happy
religion in which you do not need to run away from problems but
instead you solve them pragmatically.

Krishna says that The best way to deal with lust is to understand
sexuality it and getting detached from it.

“Understand sexuality instead of running away from it”

As previously stated, Krishna's religion is a happy and dancing

relegion, not a sad and serious religion, Krishna used to play flute
and dance, but there are certain sexist who do not question
krishna's dancing with his male friends but question Krishna’s

28
dancing with gopis, we need to see female first as a human then as
a female, it makes no sense to sideline female from the mainstream

See, all religious figures and just search and see their images on
google, except for Krishna, you will not find or very rarely find any
female near them. What do you think, there were no females at the
time? No, there was, but those people saw females as a hindrance to
their so-called meditation.

For Krishna, there was no distinction between male and female; he

acted similarly with both.

Unlike others, Krishna never saw females as a problem;

instead, Krishna saw men's lust as a problem.

This is why Krishna advises Arjuna in the Gita to stay away from lust
and become detached from it; unlike others, he does not keep
himself distant from females, instead engage with them as he does
with males.

This may offend some people, but the reality is that most people
used females just as a baby-producing machines, and when it came
to learning about science and spirituality, they sidelined them or
didn't engage with them and called them distractions in
understanding spirituality and achieving so-called liberation, or
packed them into homes or packed them under veil because some
men who couldn't control their lust got distracted from a female
living a normal life.

29
Understanding Sexuality

According to Biology, the most important goal of any living

organism is to produce progeny. Every living organism
fundamentally does two things in his life: feeding and breeding.
That's why we all are filled with Lust.

A normal male produces 100 to 300 million sperm per ejaculation,

or about a thousand sperm per heartbeat and now consider the
amount of effort that goes into producing one egg, An egg is 85,000
times larger than a sperm, a female is born with all of her eggs, and
nurturing one precious egg takes on average 28 days (one menstrual
cycle) According to Parental investment theory Homosapien Male
investment in reproduction is transfer of sperm in a few minutes of
his favorite thing in the world Then he's free to flee and hope to
hook up with someone else now consider the investment that an Ice
Age woman makes in the act of sex. She faces nine months of
pregnancy, several years of nursing a helpless blob of flesh, and a
decade of raising a rebellious adolescent into a self-sufficient adult.
At the same time, she must protect herself and her children from
predators, fend off rapists, and gather enough nuts and berries for

Homosapien Females and female are picky that's why there are
very less male Prostitutes in comparison to female Prostitutes,
even the pornography is male centric.

Porn

Our Human brain cannot differentiate between Reality and

Imagination and when we watch porn or masturbate or do both, our
brain releases dopamine as our brain thinks that we are doing real
30
sex and Fulfilling our ultimate Goal that's why people watch Porn
Because for Brain it is the easiest way to fulfil his goal and get Sexual
pleasure.

Solution

Normally, people advocate escapism, such as not watching porn or

blocking this or that because after sometime you will automatically
unblock them and you will again get addicted but I recommend that
you need to learn basic anatomy and physiology of the opposite
gender and then open the porn and tell your brain that it is not real
reproduction, that the breast is just a gland with adipose tissue and
nothing more, start looking at things from a biological standpoint.
Tell your brain the biology and reality when your lust grows after
watching insta models.

Second, when you will tell reality to your brain then your will
gradually decrease and you will become detached from it.

See, I'm not against porn or sex; I'm just against excess of it; if you
don't have excess lust and don't watch porn in excess, it's perfectly
fine to watch occasionally. Some religious fanatics who claim that
watching porn or masturbating is sinful and use of sex organ is just
procreation know nothing about biology, The work of human
fingers is to climb trees, but we can use them for playing piano, the
work of human legs is to walk, but we can use them for dancing, and
the work of human ears is to balance the body, but we can use them
to listen to songs, the work of mouth is to eat food but you can use
it to play flute There is nothing wrong with doing these things, but
According to Taliban using your hands and legs for dancing and
getting pleasure through entertainment is sin, and for some getting
31
pleasure through sexual organs is sin. It is perfectly moral and
acceptable to obtain pleasure through sex organs, but excess of
anything is harmful.

There are two types of people: those who strongly support sex and
those who strongly support celibacy. However, you can be a
moderate who can do things in moderation.

Sex or masturbation are one of the best ways to relieve stress, but
too much of it can distract you from work and cause stress; it all
depends on how you use it. So you use it pragmatically to benefit
yourself.
