You make the complain on the card.

They will ask for details to verify you are the owner of the card.

And then they will ask some other questions, it’s usually depends on the reason they suspected before
blocking the card in the first place.

But make sure to have all your details ready.

This can be used if EDD has not sent you any email informing you that your card was blocked.
