Map out your run ahead of time to know your exact 2-mile route to prevent any confusion
during the run (multiple websites can help with this).
Try to avoid hills and heavy traffic areas.
Use the exact same route for both the Pre and Post 2-mile runs.
Take Resting Heart Rate the morning of run.
Take Post-Run Heart Rate within 15 seconds of finishing the 2 miles.
