    INTRODUCTION

    My name is Tessanne Bryan. I am 15 years old, I’m a very passionate person upon any task given . I
    used to attend the Balmagie Primary school before moving further to the Merl Grove High. I’m
    always up for a challenge as to why I chose this subject to pursue throughout the years 2022-2024.
    Food, Nutrition and Health is about food and the effect they have on the body. I believe that after
    my years of studying this subject I will be more aware of the effects food has on the body and how
    the body uses them.
