The sky shows no signs of light as the clouds slowly covers the bright sun. Rain gently pour
down onto the river, becoming one with it's own kind. The sound as the rain falls down on
earth goes well with the hurried footsteps of people running away from the rain creates a
melancholy rhythm. Most people tend to hate such weather especially with how gloomy and
depressing it is but a certain high schooler views it in a different light. Hiba found this type of
weather oddly comforting to her, the earthy smell of rain eases her mind and for a moment all
her problems seems to fade away even if it's just a temporary feeling. She leans forwards
onto the bridge's railings as she enjoys her favorite weather for the very last time. She
wonders if this is actually the right choice, she didn't want just some temporary escapism so
maybe by doing this she would finally achieve her long-awaited freedom. This is what she
wanted but why does her heart feels do heavy to do. Why was it so hard to for her to fall into
the water when she's already at the very edge. She felt her cheeks getting wet but it wasnt
from the rain, it seems that her tears had fallen down without her knowledge. As she was
getting deep into her thoughts when suddenly she feels something fuzzy rubbing her sides.
She snaps back to reality only to find an orange stray cat by herself. "what makes you come
here all by yourself in the rain." She spoke to the cat as if it could understand her. She doesn't
have the heart to kill herself infront of the cat. "Maybe not today.." she thought to herself as
she uses her school blazer to shelters the cat from the rain.
