11. INFORMATION PROPER:

Information from a confidential informant disclosed that one Yuniso Malayo AKA “Ka
Medring” is an alleged member of the New People’s Army (NPA) – CTG involved in the
recruitment of members in different areas of Marikina and Pasig City. Said personality
was numerously seen giving flyers with subversive content along Gil Fernando St.,
Marikina City for the past few weeks.

12. COMMENT/s:
The preceding information needs to be validated through casing and
surveillance at the mentioned area. Further information gathering as to the personal
information and background of the said individual must be undertaken.

Continuous Conduct of Monitoring on the said personality, casing and

surveillance as well as information gathering should be initiated.
