PROBLEM NUMBER 1

A. If I was the counsel of Bruce Wayne, I could have him exempted by giving emphasis on the cause
of the loss of the trucks. The hijacking of the said shipment was not, in any way, initiated,
encouraged, nor facilitated by Bruce Wayne. The said instance was accidental, unplanned and
was never intended by Bruce Wayne.
B. If I was Kent’s counsel, I could hold Bruce Wayne accountable for the said incident. Altering
course from the usual route may have been caused intentionally in order to accomplish the said
hijacking.

PROBLEM NUMBER 2

A. Being the counsel of Allan, I would explain to the former that it is still the obligation of the bus
operator, Velasco Liners, Inc., to handpick carefully their drivers. Being an ambulance driver, as
the previous employment of the bus driver, does not free the former from exercising extra
diligence every time he/she is behind the wheel. I would explain to Allan that the driver should
exerted more diligence instead of navigating at high speed in a curve.
B. In order to exonerate my client from any liabilities, I would say that Velasco Liners did not lack in
its obligation to remind its passengers in whatever it needs to remind them.
