    Introduction
    5S is a way of organizing and managing the work space based on our workflow by
    eliminating waste, improving productivity and making a safer work environment.
    This system is the responsibility of everyone working in the area.

    Body
    5S System consists of 5 steps:
    Sort – Set in order – Shine – Standardize – Self-discipline.
    1st S is Sort: which focuses on eliminating unnecessary items in the workspace. Each
    equipment, material, tool and furniture in your workplace has to be categorized as:
    Essential, Not Essential yet workable or Not Essential & faulty.
