consideration by our Talent Team for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in
the Genius Sports Talent Team database and will be stored for five years and will be
accessible by the Genius Sports Talent Team in the UK. We may also pass your personal
information to or allow access to such information by Genius Sports Group companies, both
inside and outside the European Economic Area, for such purposes as to offer relevant job
opportunities to you. You can withdraw your permission for your data processed outside the
UK by requesting this using the Contact Us details in the section below. A full list of the

You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same process to submit a new
CV. Your old CV will automatically be archived providing the submission details remain
the same.

We collect personal data about you when you create an account with the Website. We do so
in order to be able to contact you in relation to job opportunities that are currently available
and relevant positions that become available in the future.

What do we do with your personal data?


By registering with the Website, it is understood that you are actively soliciting contact
from the Genius Sports Group about relevant job opportunities within our group of
businesses. We will therefore make your personal data available to our Talent Team who
use the Website to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill.

We will also share your personal data, with our subsidiary companies globally to facilitate
your search for job opportunities.
