If you create an account on the Website as an applicant and provide us with personal data,
we will process such personal data on the basis that it is necessary for us to be able to
supply you with relevant job opportunities within Genius Sports Group, now and in the

You can submit your CV via our website to apply for a specific advertised job or for
consideration by our Talent Team for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in
the Genius Sports Talent Team database and will be stored for five years and will be
accessible by the Genius Sports Talent Team in the UK. We may also pass your personal
information to or allow access to such information by Genius Sports Group companies, both
inside and outside the European Economic Area, for such purposes as to offer relevant job
opportunities to you. You can withdraw your permission for your data processed outside the
UK by requesting this using the Contact Us details in the section below. A full list of the

You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same process to submit a new
CV. Your old CV will automatically be archived providing the submission details remain
the same.
We collect personal data about you when you create an account with the Website. We do so
in order to be able to contact you in relation to job opportunities that are currently available
and relevant positions that become available in the future.
We will also share your personal data, with our subsidiary companies globally to facilitate
your search for job opportunities.
If we share your personal data with any third-party service provider in the course of
providing you job opportunities, those third parties are required to process your data in
accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.
