MAP AND MAPPING
ACTIVITY
Kids nowadays depends a lot in using GPS
for maps. This activity will help develop the
map skill of their spatial thinking. Spatial
thinking is the ability to give visuals to data.
When students learn map skills, they are
learning to visualize and interpret data. Our
ability to think spatially is critical, and this is
why it needs to be developed from a very
young age. Assignment: create any map,
such as museums, botanical gardens, zoo, a
country during road trip or even malls. You
can use grid coordinate paper to help you!
Make it colorful and as interesting as you
can! Happy Holiday.
P.E.
Weekend: join on car free day with family,
walking, cycling.
Weekday: individual physical exercise
(3 days/week) - soccer, badminton,
swimming, etc.
