San Francisco Discover is an English language and culture program. Students gain English communication skills
while exploring San Francisco’s colorful and diverse neighborhoods. Students use English while learning about the
culture, history, business and technology of the San Francisco Bay Area.

§ 15 hours a week of classroom instruction + 8 hours per week of excursions and cultural events
§ Entrance Fees for visits to museums
§ Silicon Valley one-day trip including transportation
§ San Francisco Bay cruise
§ Excursion leaders on all site visits
§ An unlimited monthly San Francisco public transportation (MUNI) pass
§ Weekly SF State faculty lectures integrated into lessons
