REGISTRATION
Starting from Jan 11, 2023 (Minimum 4weeks)
The registration is first come, first served basis.
$500 deposit is required upon the registration.

PERIOD
1st term: June to August, 2023
2nd term: January to March, 2024
Family camp can be registered at anytime except 1st and 2nd term

ACR I-CARD applies only to the students who stay in the Philippines more than 59days. (8 weeks)
There is no VISA fee for the student who stay in the Philippines less than 4 weeks.
Note
If you use over 15kw of electricity per week, extra 20 ₱/kw will be charged. it will be deducted from your deposit.

Terms and Conditions
The registration will be confirmed once you send the deposit. (Pay it upon registration)

You must pay the balance by four weeks before departure.

Family course registration cannot be carried forward or transferred.

Cancellation of the course before departure will result in a refund of remaining expenses excluding
the deposit.
EV academy will not provide babysitting service. The guardian should take care of their junior.

The guardian must accompany the juniors when going out.

Curfew (Sun to Thu- 22:00 / Fri & Sat – 24:00)
Student must get a travel insurance (It’s mandatory)

Check out: Saturday before 12:00

Refund Policy (After arrival)

Refund is applicable only if more than 4weeks remain.
Within the firs 4weeks You can get a 50% of refund for the remaining weeks
After the first 4weeks You can get a 25% of refund for the remaining weeks
