proper measures to take to maintain adequate cardiac output

Interventions Advise frequent checking of vital signs through visitations to their local health
& Rationale units
Constant monitoring of vital signs will help the client to determine
their need for immediate health assistance

Monitor the client’s weight.


Monitoring of the client’s weight also helps in determining the need
for immediate medical attention

Provide the client with a calm environment


Reduces stimuli that can cause agitation

Encourage light cardiac exercises


To maintain good circulation which can help in aiding reduced
cardiac output
Encourage breathing exercises
Breathing exercises can improve overall oxygenation
