Commissioning Report Z-units <55 kW

Introduction

The commissioning of a compressor is a very important event. Proper commissioning is the first step in building up a
succesful machine history of your ZR or ZT compressor. The machine history is essential for proper follow-up of your
service records.
During commissioning you will record the initial service readings and other operating data of the machine. All
temperatures, pressures, voltage, amps, etc. need to be properly recorded, using the appropriate service instruments
and gauges.
Use this standard ZR/ZT commissioning report for recording the service readings during commissioning. Add any
useful comments with regard to the layout and quality of the installation.

The service data in the commissioning report will provide an important source of reference at a later stage. You will
refer to them when handling e.g. a guarantee claim or when discussing any other service problem. If the service
readings have not been recorded during commissioning, discussions at a later stage may become considerably more
difficult.
