Meeting etiquettes are very important for people who in a meeting.

First, before
a meeting, remember to shake handds and introduce yourself, especially in a
meeting with clients. Beside, always say your full name and your working
position. Arrive on time to don’t make waste other people’s time. Arriving on
time is a good way to respect others in a meeting. Bear in mind that clothing is
important because it can enchance your professional image. As for man, you
should wera a shirt, trousers and tie. If you are women, wear a dress. Remember
that your dress should be formal. Avoid meeting casual clothes such as jeans or
T-shirts. Secondly, about sitting etiquette in the meeting, adjust your chair in a
way that you are of equal height with others in the room. While sitting, avoid
crossing your legs whether you are a man or woman beause some people may
consider it a distracting posture in a professional setting. Next, don’t keep your
phonr on the table as it can distract others when it starts lighting up or ringing. If
it is an emergency, leave the room to answer the phone or return the text
message. You should drink coffee or water to keep yourself awake, but don’t eat
because it create distracting noise and smell for erevyone else. Finally, for
chairperson, remembet to have a strong agenda to stay on track and cover all
items in the expected time frame.
