ASSUMPTIONS AND RISKS

The financial analysis below presumes the following hold true through the life of the project:

Project approval and ongoing support from Tangub City community and leaders.
Economic growth will continue on its improvements. However, business conditions could deteriorate if
the current economic recovery falters from its momentum.
Construction will be completed on time. Despite the fact that the project plan and maintenance schedule
provide flex time to cover unexpected delays, any lengthy interruptions that cause the project's
completion date to be pushed back will have a negative impact on anticipated returns.
No additional costs above those that had been budgeted for contingencies. Although the building cost
plan provides contingency funding for unexpected expenditures, planning costs may surpass the budget if
a significant problem occurs that was ignored during the due diligence process of the project, resulting in
lower returns.
Standard Materials and high quality equipments are guaranteed to use in construction. Sub-standard
materials are highly discouraged to avoid possible problems and circumstances.
