What did I learn in this course that I can use in my everyday life in different roles - me as a student,

employee, etc.

Marketing … … is satisfying needs profitably.

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and
exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.

The 4Ps of marketing, also known as the marketing mix, are a set of fundamental concepts that are used
to guide the development of a marketing strategy. The 4Ps are: Product, Price, Place, Promotion.

The 4Cs of marketing is a customer-focused alternative to the traditional 4Ps of marketing. The 4Cs are:
Customer, Cost, Convenience, Communication. By focusing on the 4Cs, companies can better understand
their customers and develop marketing strategies that are more relevant, engaging, and effective.

Some general characteristics of different generations:Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964): This generation
grew up during a time of economic growth and prosperity. They tend to be hard-working, loyal, and
value stability and traditional values.

Generation X (born 1965-1980): This generation grew up during a time of social and political change.
They tend to be independent, self-reliant, and value work-life balance.

Millennials (born 1981-1996): This generation grew up during the rise of the internet and digital
technology. They tend to be tech-savvy, socially conscious, and value experiences over material
possessions.

Generation Z (born 1997-2012): This generation grew up in a highly connected, digital world. They tend
to be tech-native, diverse, and entrepreneurial.

It's important to note that for different generations, must be used different marketing strategies, related
to what they were affected from.

in to receive regular updates from a company, organization, or individual. Newsletters can contain a
variety of content, such as news, updates, promotions, educational information, or curated content
related to a specific topic or industry. The purpose of an email newsletter is to engage with subscribers,
build brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales to a website or other digital platforms.
