are to be provided with the iterrrs (if appltcable).

B. lf any item is for:rrcl unsatisfactory/ unserviceable durring inspectior-r/ functional check by

unserviceable within the warranty period, surpplier nrust repair or replace the item r,vithin 30

14. The bidcler must mention the nar-ne and full address of their

office/installation/organization inclurding telephone number, FAX number, and
the clffer. The biclder rnust also nrention the name and full address of therr local agent.

16. Due to the fault of supplier if arry changes required in contract/LC, all expenses shall be

18. The bidder is to quote FOB and freight charges (both Air ancl Sea) separately in US
Dollar. Total quotedloffered freight will n" distributecl against each item based on its
proportionate price to determirre the lowest bidder and the saicl frelght will be taken into
consideration while concluding the contract.
1g. Trans-shipment is not normally allowed, bLrt if the bidder needs trans-shipment, they are
to mention in the offer about their requirement. ln case of such requirement trans-shipment
will only be allowed under a sirrgle AWB/BL.

ZB Freight charge will be paid at actual as per original AWB/BL, but not exceeding tlre
contractecl freight. As such, the freight is to be mentioned in appropriate column of

AWB/BL, otherwise only FOB value will be paid

30. All other terms and conditions which are not covered here will be as per DGDP rules
