Worker Grievance Resolved Rate is the rate of feedback, issues or


complaints submitted through the factory’s internal grievance system
that have been properly resolved by factory.
All suggestions are reviewed by senior manager(s) with decision-making
authority and are properly investigated by individuals appointed by the factory’s
senior management.

All grievances, feedback and responses should be properly tracked and


documented.

Grievances submitted to external channels (i.e., brand’s hotline number) should


not be included.
