Inspect the joints for swelling. No swelling,


tenderness and no crepitation.

Assess range of motion will move selected body parts


by flexion, extension, abduction, adduction,
circumduction. (after ROM) you can do this exercise at
home 3 to 5 times, use slow steady movement to help
relax muscle.
