(SVPE), is a non-stock and acu-profit religious organization duly registered with the Socuritios and Exchange Commission; WHEREAS, one of its purpose is “to publish and distribute magazines, periodicals, newsletters, pamphlets, journals, books and other spiritual literary works and undertakings thet will encourage and exhort rocipicuts of suck publications to develop a higher degree of worship for the Lord Jesus Christ”; WHEREAS, to accomplish that main purpose it is also provided in tts Articles of Incorporation that it shail “raise funds necessary to meet the financial requirements of this venture, by direct solicitation of contributions and by acceptance of voluntary donations from the members of sister organizations to whose members the pubtication are intended to be distributed and from the public in general who will voluatary contribute or donate fands for the expenses of publication”; “p . of
