give what you don’t have.” Therefore, to be an effective leader, you must seek and join trainings, ask
some advice from your colleagues and join professional organizations for your own professional

Most of the time, There is really no enough time to finish our tasks on a single day. most
especially when there is an overlapping of activities and high workloads. This become a barrier to us
because, given the fact that we are not yet finish with our tasks and yet there is another task to be
done. That’s why our performance is being affected with this because we can’t deny the fact that this
kind of situations give us a lot of “stress”. And if we are stress, the more we cannot focus on our tasks
and be unproductive. Therefore, we must need to have a proper time management in order to deal
with this kind of situations.

Attitude of teachers/school head plays a vital role in an organization, because not all the
teachers have pleasant attitude towards their work and even treating their superiors, some of them
are hard headed who doesn’t easily comply those tasks given to them. And once they didn’t submit or
finish the task or report on time, it is the school heads responsibility to take over the job. Aside from

success of an organization is a bit difficult.

can’t fully work 100 percent in attaining your goals and objectives. Instead make some innovations to
motivate yourself and your subordinates. For example: in school Give your teachers some service
credits if they work beyond working days and hours, give some rewards and positive feedback if they
bring honor to the school like winning the contest as a coach, hep them to be promoted. Those are
just examples of ways that motivate your teachers to work well.
