    Present: Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma, Counsel for petitioner.

    Present petition under Section-125 Cr.P.C. filed, it be checked and

    registered.

    Along with the petition, an application under Section 13 of Family

    Courts Act has been moved but petitioner has not appeared. Affidavit of assets,

    income and expenditure also not filed. Date requested by learned counsel for

    petitioner.

    Heard. In view of the request made, adjourned to 03.10.2022 for

    presence of petitioner.

    Compliance of order/directions passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of

    India in Criminal Appeal No.730 of 2020 (arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 9503 of

    2018) titled Rajnesh Vs. Neha and Anr. be also made on the date fixed.
