    Sir,
    In regards to the above mentioned subject, we hereby tender our No
    Objection Certificate for proposed amalgamation of layout consisting of CTS no.
    ____.,_____,_____. Further, the proposed buildings can utilise their
    proportionate LOS area, area of existing layout road and other common areas
    of existing layout as approvable as per BMC. The FSI calculation of the layout
    is enclosed herewith along with a schematic plan showing the tentative layout
    of proposed buildings, access, LOS and amenity open spaces.
    The NOC is subject to approval as per DCPR 2034 and entire cost of
    amalgamation of layout shall be borne by the society on the CTS No. ___ or
    whomsoever they may deem fit for redevelopment of their society.
    In view of above, you are requested to allow the amalgamation of layout
    at the earliest and oblige.
