Through this letter, I want to share the unforgettable experience that I lived 10 years ago.

Three teachers of lower courses of the Architecture career were discussing about a project
presented by a young student, placing an infinity swimming pool on the top of the building.
It was the first time that I have seen something like that, but the teachers weren’t satisfied
with the project, they said it was unrealistic.

Some weeks later, I found out that the job was satisfactorily accept it, because the student
remained strong in her position and they could not make her change her mind, because
she made all the research and possible ways of building the infinity pool on the top of the
building.

When I asked her name, I was again surprised. She was the President of the Architecture
Student Center of our University, with whom I have been working closely in extracurricular
activities such as inter-curricular competitions, volunteer work with the Colcapirua
community, and many other activities.

I confirm very closely that the student and current Architect Nicole Antezana, was not only
an outstanding student, with an average of 87/100 corresponding to a B +, but also had
impressive leadership skills.

In the inter-educational activities, as a President she managed to get classroom

improvements for the Faculty of Architecture such as implementing new chairs, drawing
tables and computers.

Her discipline, her tenacity and her responsibility to face different tasks, solving last minute
problems produced my profound admiration because of her ability to easily adaptation to
solve the problems with ease.

I closely followed the culmination of his career, with an outstanding grade in her thesis
work 92/100. For this reason, I consider that she will not have any problem in any other
university given due to her charisma and her intellect.

Her leadership skills suggest that she can assume, without any problem, positions of
responsibility to lead a work group towards success.

Kind regards,

Msc. Arch. Bernardo Cabrerizo
