We have been informed that we will be working in the International Business Field
Project (IBFP) in MBA program of Vietnam-Belgium Master program. During this
project, we will work with intellectual properties which are confidential. By signing this
document, we commit not to use any information and data of ….. (company name) in
any cases, for personal purposes or business purposes.
We recognize and protect CLIENT’ rights of ownership for these kinds of property:
 Data produced by CLIENT’ employees or customers.
 Confidential and proprietary information owned by CLIENT or its clients
such as business and financial records, creations, documentation, client
lists, customer information, price lists, supplier lists, compensation data,
labor relations strategies, pending projects and proposals, confidential
planning or policy matters, and any operational, management, financial,
accounting, control system, databases, marketing or tax information
relating to CLIENT’s business.
 Analysis, data, reports and results of project
 Confidential Information can be in electronic, printed, handwritten, verbal
or any other formats.
We understand and agree that it is not allowed to issue, disclose, announce, sell,
transfer or lend the entire or part of these above intellectual properties to any other
individual or organization. We are entirely responsible; and bear all consequences
and indemnify for the loss in accordance with laws, rules and regulations of the
Vietnamese government during our working time with the project as well as after the
completion of contract/agreement with CLIENT.
