According to instructions received from TRANS OIL INTERNATIONAL S.A, we, Intertek Agri Services,
GAFTA approved surveyor, performed pre-shipment sampling of the goods from stockpile at port ITAPOA
as per GAFTA rules. Composite sample had been sent for analysis in ILAC accredited laboratory Eurofins
GfA. As per the said laboratory’s analysis report No. AR-19-GF-010337-09 dated 11.05.2023, we attest:

DIOXIN AND DIOXIN-LIKE PCBs < 1,25 ng WHO-PCDD/F-PCB-TEQ/kg

TOTAL 6 NDL-PCB/6 ICES (PCB 28, PCB 52, PCB 101, PCB 138, PCB 153, PCB 180) < 10 µg/kg

We hereby certify the goods loaded into SAN VICENTE are in compliance with EU regulations in force for
Dioxins and Dioxin like PCBs and Non-Dioxin like PCBs.

This certificate only reports our findings at time and place of loading only and does not relieve the parties
from their contractual responsibilities.
