Reading - Numeracy Progress Monitoring Chart

This document contains charts for monitoring reading and numeracy progress of students. The reading chart lists early reading competencies and has columns to track student performance over 10 weeks. A color scale from red to green indicates performance levels from 60-90%. The numeracy chart similarly lists math tasks, students, and uses colors to monitor weekly performance. Teachers are directed to check focused skills, list students, report colors, advance students through competencies, and submit quarterly summaries to administration.
