Subject :- Cancellation of NOC

Sir,
With due respect, I want to say that I, Shri Madhab
Mohan Thakur, s/o Lt. Jagannath Thakur, have applied for a
NOC for sale of my land and the NOC has been issued from
your side too. The NOC number is NOC/15/12443/2021. But,
due to the bad behaviour of the buyer, I don’t want to sell
the land to him.
So therefore, it’s my humble request to you, please
cancel the NOC as soon as possible.
