PRICING PROPOSAL
RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)
BETWEEN
RKW GROUP AND T&T PEOPLE SOLUTIONS
Introduction

As requested, and further to our conversations with Mark Van Dongen,


T&T People Solutions would like to present commercial terms for the
tailored RPO solution for RKW-SE in Mannheim.
The basis of this proposal is a tailored RPO with
an estimated, 20, mid to senior level hires Commercial Terms
across the business during 2023, Mid-level is

Remote and site-based services
T&T is an agile company, a boutique specialist consultancy company run by the
people that used to work in big corporate teams. We built this company with the
promise to only promise what we can personally deliver and never hand the
client over to a less experienced team

Scott De-Brusaux, will be the person dedicated to RKW, and can support both,
off-and on-site whenever RKW request.

On-site support does come as part of the management fee however all costs
attributed to the site presence will be RKW responsibility and will be paid and
organised directly by RKW.

Recruitment Fees and Process

As a partner of choice, we also want to demonstrate

at the latest, if on the rare occasion we are not able
to, then by your recommendation, we can approach
another external agent and engage them to help
with the search, we will agree the terms that the
second-tier agents will get and we will manage the

Invoicing
STAGE 1 STAGE 2

Management fee will be invoiced as soon as proposal is accepted, then


monthly after that and payable within 5 working days, if the other option of
one payment is taken then that will also be invoiced at acceptance, and
payable within 30 days.

All recruitment fees will be invoiced in two stages and payable within 30 days
of submission

Stage one will be a invoice for a third of the fee as soon as candidate has
signed contract and resigned

The second stage is the final two 3rds invoiced when the candidate starts
