RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)

RKW GROUP AND T&T PEOPLE SOLUTIONS
Introduction
Scott De-Brusaux, will be the person dedicated to RKW, and can support both,
off-and on-site whenever RKW request.
On-site support does come as part of the management fee however all costs
attributed to the site presence will be RKW responsibility and will be paid and
organised directly by RKW.

We want you to make the first draft of what you want the KPIs to be, as
we want to be guided by your expectations from the start. Once agreed
we can work with you to create the best way to track and monitor
Other agencies

support We want to think we have found and presented a
good short list of candidates to you within 2-3 week
at the latest, if on the rare occasion we are not able
to, then by your recommendation, we can approach
another external agent and engage them to help
with the search, we will agree the terms that the
second-tier agents will get and we will manage the
process.
Invoicing
Management fee will be invoiced as soon as proposal is accepted, then monthly
after that and payable within 5 working days, if the other option of one payment is
taken then that will also be invoiced at acceptance, and payable within 30 days.
All recruitment fees will be invoiced in two stages and payable within 30 days of
submission
Stage one will be a invoice for a third of the fee as soon as candidate has signed
contract and resigned
The second stage is the final two 3rds invoiced when the candidate starts
