The GRI Standards enable organization of any type, to understand and report on their economic,

environmental, and human impacts in a comparable and credible manner, increasing transparency
on their contribution to sustainable development. The Standards are highly relevant to many
stakeholders, including investors, policymakers, capital markets, and civil society, in addition to
reporting companies. The GRI Standards establish a set of principles by which organizations can
define the content of their reports. The three concepts of ROC model are Respect, Openness, and
continuity have a way in which they integrate with the HRM as the main building block and theme of
the sustainable HRM practices (Mariappanadar, 2019). The societal, employee, and employer
interests are all blend together through the use of the model.

During my work experience when I observed that best practice that sets apart and makes
sustainable HRM at a better position in comparison. The respect part of ROC is dependent upon
internal stakeholder's ability to appreciate the employees (Mariappanadar, 2019). If organizations
want to grow its important respect its employees and give them freedom for their creativity. This
thing should be part company’s culture, and both leadership and employees should feel comfortable
communicating their needs, ideas, and pain points to and through you for the benefit of everyone.
