    Effective January 1st, 2022, cash withdrawal fees and balance inquiry fees from other bank ATMs will be increased according to an RBI notification from June 2021. Cash withdrawal fees beyond the free transaction limits of 3 in metro areas and 5 in non-metro areas will increase from INR 20 to INR 21 per transaction. Balance inquiry fees beyond the limits will increase from INR 10 to INR 11 per transaction. Customers are requested to take note of the revised ATM charges.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS FOR REVISED ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL

    CHARGES

    Effective 01st January 2022, with ref to RBI notification regarding “ review of interchange fee
    and customer service” dated June 10,2021,vide note no – RBI/2021-
    22/52/DPSS.CO.OD.No.S-182/06.07.011/2021-22, financial transaction fee and Non financial
    transaction fee above the free limit of three transaction in Metro and five transactions in Non-
    Metro centres for ATM transactions in other Bank ATMs will be revised as under:

    All customers are requested to make note of the above revised charges.
