INGREDIENTS
250 GRAMS OF FETTUCINE PASTA
1 CUP OF CREAM
1 CUP OF BUTTER
20 GRAMS OS PARMESAN CHEESE
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 PINCH OF SALT
1 PINCH OF PEPPER
1 ONION
1 POUND OF CLEANED SHRIMPS
FIRST IN ONE COOKING POT, PUT SOME OF SALTED WATER, WHEN IT
START TO BOIL ADD THE TWO HUNDRED FIFTY GRAMS OF FETUCCINE
PASTA AND LET IT COOK UNTIL THE PASTA IS READY

THEN IN A HOT PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, POUR THE CUP OF CREAM
AND HALF CUP OF BUTTER, NEXT WHEN THE BUTTER MELTS ADD THE
TWEENTY GRAMS OF PARMESAN CHEESE, 1 CRUSHED GARLIC, ADD A
PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS AND
HAS A SLIGHTLY THICK CONSTISTENCY, THEN RETIRE FROM THE STOVE
NEXT HEAT THE REST OF THE BUTTER IN ANOTHER PAN, ADD THE
ONION PREVIOUSLY CUT IN THIN SLICES AND SAUTE FOR TWO
MINUTES, ADD THE REST OF THE GARLIC AND THE SHRIMPS. COOK
OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE SHRIMPS ARE PINK IN COLOR.

FINALLY MIX THE PASTA WITH THE ALFREDO SAUCE, ADD THE SHRIMPS
AND ENJOY IT.
