ADMISSION PROCESSING/SCREENING FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Congratulations for choosing to pursue your Postgraduate Studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University. As
contained in the admission announcement, you shall undergo a screening test as part of the admission
process.
The following is the schedule of fees for the screening test:
PhD Candidate: N15,000 (Fifteen thousand naira only)
Master’s Candidates: N12,500 (Twelve Thousand, Five hundred naira only)
PGD Candidate: N 10,000 ( Ten thousand naira only)
The following underlisted Programmes (Special Programmes) are to pay N20,000.
Mphil/PhD, Logistics and Supply Chain Mgt, MEAP, M.Clinical, Center for Oncology and Cancer
Research, Centre for Eye Health, Center for Occupational Health, Masters in Addiction Intervention.
Date for Payment: Payment must be completed before close of work of Tuesday,7 th March,2023

 On The “Name of Service/Purpose” dialogue box,

 For the GIFMIS Code, enter 1000031337
 Enter other relevant information
 Click on “proceed to payment” to generate your RRR. Print the “RRR” (Remita Retrieval
Reference Number) and proceed to any bank of your choice within or outside the University
anywhere in Nigeria to pay for the Screening Test. A printout will be given to you at the bank
after payment.

NOTE: Date of Screening Test: Monday,6th-Thursday 9th March,2023
Screening Test for all Applicants and PhD Proposal Defence will be Online. Details will be
communicated accordingly.
ONLY CANDIDATES WHOSE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY 7 th March,2023 SHALL RECEIVE THE
FINAL INVITATION FOR THE SCREENING TEST. The School of Postgraduate Studies wishes you success in
