    Credit Controller Job Description:

    • Managing and collecting debts from company debtors


    • Responding to client inquiries.
    • Handling Management reports (Debt report)
    • Resolving invoicing or payment related queries with clients
    • Handle internal and external customers
    • Manage monthly invoicing to clients
    • Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.
    • Evaluate existing client debt risks
    • Coordinate with management and operation team to escalate and resolve issues

    Credit Controller Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting etc.
    • Previous work experience as a credit controller.
    • Proficient in Accounting software, excel and MS outlook
    • Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to deal with problematic clients.
