JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible Promotion of business loan under micro banking vertical and
achieve agreed business target assigned time to time. He is responsible for completion of all the
requirement for disbursement of business Loan to clients. He is responsible to supply all the
information to Credit manager required for credit assessment of the clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Promotion of business loan under micro banking vertical and achieve agreed business
target assigned time to time.
 Supply Credit Assessment information to Credit Managers.
 Complete required formality for loan disbursement.
 Market survey.
 Identification of target customer in their zone.
 Conducting promotion and cold calling.
 Product feature sharing with prospective customer.
 Sales of Product.
 Initial screening of customer’s eligibility for the loan.
 KYC document collection from interested client.
 Creating and maintaining strict Credit Discipline, with zero tolerance for any
deviation.
 Disbursing loan strictly in accordance to the procedures laid down in the OM.
 Routine visit to the client.
 Post disbursement service.
 Ensuring timely repayment of loan through PDC.
 Imparting proper training to newly recruited Trainee Relationship Officers
(TROs) as and when they are assigned for training.
 Updating clients of new development in the company in respect of product &
services.
 Any other responsibility entrusted from time to time based on requirements of the
company
 Council clients on the terms of business loan and other loan product.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

 Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

 Strong communication skills, leadership skills, result orientation, inter-personal skills,
and service orientation.
 Capability of handling work independently.
 Analytical skill
 Knowledge of the banking transaction formalities.
 Computer knowledge.
