JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for Promotion of business loan under micro banking vertical
and achieve agreed business target assigned time to time. He is responsible for completion of all
the requirement for disbursement of business Loan to clients. He is responsible to supply all the
information to Credit manager required for credit assessment of the clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Maintaining and developing good relationship with customers


 Responsible for developing business, maximizing revenue generation & achieving sales
target.
 Working in close coordination with the bank’s team to ensure all clients acquired from
the assigned area, transact actively.
 Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position
in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
 Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions.
 Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
 Identifying product improvements or new products by being updated on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.
 Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
 Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 Promotion of business loan under micro banking vertical and achieve agreed business
target assigned time to time.
 Supply Credit Assessment information to Credit Managers.
 Complete required formality for loan disbursement.
 Any other responsibility entrusted from time to time based on requirements of the
company
 Council clients on the terms of business loan and other loan product.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

 Intermediate

 Strong communication skills, leadership skills, result orientation, inter-personal skills,
and service orientation.
 Capability of handling work independently.
 Analytical skill
 Knowledge of the banking transaction formalities.
 Computer knowledge.
